How can I pay for my repairs?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Maestro, Solo, Visa Delta, Amex & PayPal via our online payment system.
Will I lose my telephone numbers saved on my iPhone?
No this data will never be affected during repair
Can I keep my sim card when I send my iPhone in?
You can remove your sim before you send in your iPhone but please let us know your passcode for testing purposes

Can I send my iPhone to you if someone has attempted to repair it before or if it is in pieces?
Yes you can, please try and explain in the notes section what has happened to the iPhone so we can resolve the issues for you.
I have more than one issue with my iPhone, can you still help?
Of course, you will receive a 15% discount on multiple repairs, if you are unsure just choose the unknown fault/diagnostic option and we will be in touch with a quote the day it arrives with us.
My iPhone has been water damaged, is it worth sending it in to you?
Yes! It is certainly worth sending it in for us to diagnose, we have had a huge success rate with water damaged iPhones.
What is your policy on private customer information?
We NEVER sell or share your information with any third parties, your data will not be compromised.
How long will my repair take?
We have the fastest turnaround time possible, 98% of repairs are completed and dispatched on the same day we receive your iPhone, you will be contacted by email when we receive the iPhone if there is any delay on parts, which is very rare.
How do I get my iPhone repaired?
You can come to our office in Ashford Kent and have it fixed in usually 2-3 hours. Directions here
Or if you are not local select and fill out a repair form on the Fix my iPhone page, then package your Phone carefully and post via Royal Mail Special Delivery, or a similar insured carrier, or you can choose DPD collection at the checkout.
How do I know you will return my iPhone?
We are the UK’s most trusted iPhone repair company and are used by some of the UK’s largest insurance companies. You can look us up on companies’ house and read all our great reviews online. We are in the business of repairing iPhones, not stealing them! If you still feel uneasy please call us and talk to one of our lovely staff.
Does it void my apple warranty?
Repairs not conducted by Apple will usually void your warranty. Accidental damage to your device is not covered under most manufacturer warranties.
Do you use genuine parts in repairs?
We only use the highest quality grade A parts in all our repairs
How long is your warranty on repairs?
We offer 3 months warranty on all parts and repairs.
What happens if after testing you find it needs more than the repair I have paid for?
We will offer you the option to pay the difference and have your iPhone fixed Or we can refund you what you have paid minus the £10 diagnostic fee plus return postage costs and return your iPhone as it arrived
Will I lose the data saved on my iPhone?
We will only restore the iPhone if we have to, which is rare in most repairs, but we will not be responsible if it is lost in the repair process so please always make sure your iPhone is backed up before you send it in.
My music is only saved on my iPhone how to I back it up onto my computer?

Will I get my actual iPhone back or another refurbished one?
We will only work on your actual iPhone and return it to you
