TERMS AND CONDITIONS - PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

OUR REPAIR POLICY IS BELOW

By sending in my iPhone to iPhonerepairs.co.uk I agree to the following:

I understand that the company is not responsible for any loss of data or software from my item during repair.

I accept responsibility for backing up my item prior to sending it in for repair.

The company will not be responsible for any damage that occurs to my iPhone during transit of the item and I take responsibility for wrapping the item according to Royal Mail/ Courier packaging guidelines. The company will use insured post to return my item to me, which covers the value of the item at cost price.

I understand that the company charges a £10 diagnostic fee plus return postage and should I decide not to go ahead with repairs, this will be charged prior to my item being returned to me.

I agree to the company recycling my item if I have not made contact or payment for a repair within 3 months to cover costs.

WARRANTY DETAILS

All our repairs come with a 3 months warranty. Should your iPhone develop the same fault during the warranty period then please return it to us as soon as possible with your original reference number and a covering letter detailing the issue you are having.

On it's return we will assess the problem and if it is related to the original iPhone repair then we will fix it and return it to you at no extra cost.

We will offer to repair an ongoing fault up to 3 times including the initial repair. If the fault does not get rectified within the warranty period you will be refunded. We will need to see faulty units prior to issuing a refund.

If the iPhone has further issues not related to the original repair then we will be in touch with you and detail the fault and costs involved. You can make a decision whether you would like to pay for further repairs or have the unit returned at your cost.

The warranty period does not apply to units which have suffered or been subjected to undue wear and tear, accidental damage, improper application, neglect or overloading. Under no circumstances shall the company be liable for loss or damage of any kind indirectly or directly caused by or arising from any repairs carried out by Fix it Sales neither will we be liable for any personal injury or damage to property howsoever arising from or in the due course of using your equipment.

ACCESSORIES AND MISCELLANEOUS ITEMS

Please do not send in any accessories or additional items unless we request you to. We cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to accessories whilst in our possession if you choose to ignore the above request.

Do not send the item in its original box as we cannot return it.

PRIVACY POLICY

Here at iPhonerepairs.co.uk we are dedicated to protecting your privacy.

We collect information about you in order to process your order. That information will only be shared with other parties that are involved in the fulfillment of your order. We do not send random marketing emails to personal email addresses.

The information we hold may include: Your name, Address, Phone number, Email address. Data will only be released to third parties (e.g. the police) on request where there is a legal requirement for us to do so.
